• The granulation process of disc granulation starts with mixture of fine fertilizer powder & binder is poured into pan & the disc starts rotating. Small amount of water is sprayed into pan as per requirement. With the rotation of the pan granules are formed. The size of the granules can be controlled by controlling RPM & the amount of water being sprayed into rotating pan.
